Thank you for shopping with theAVFashion! We hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
If your item is faulty or does not meet the description, you are entitled to a return or refund. We are happy to offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition (unused and unwashed) with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days after the delivery date.
- Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) when requesting a return or refund (as well as confirmation on the item being sent withing the 15day period).
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at theavfashion@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.
If your item meets the above conditions, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange it for another item.
