At TheAVFashion, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across Canada and internationally. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and important policies.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship Canada-wide and offer international shipping.
  • At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Sunday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer shipping through Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator (other options available upon request). Shipping times depend on the chosen method and destination:

  • Within Canada:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by carrier, typically 10-20 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping within Winnipeg on orders over $100 CAD.
  • Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150 CAD.
  • Express shipping costs depend on the selected carrier and shipping speed.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, order total, and carrier fees at checkout.

5. Tracking & Order Updates

  • A tracking number will be provided for applicable shipping methods.
  • Tracking details will be sent via email after your order is shipped.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at theavfashion@gmail.com.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at theavfashion@gmail.com.
  • If tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
    • Please check your mailbox, PO box, or designated delivery area.
    • Contact the shipping provider directly for more details.

7. International Shipping & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their country.
  • We do not cover customs-related delays.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery only if the item is faulty or does not match the description. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

9. Holiday & Seasonal Delays

  • During holiday seasons and winter months, delivery times may be extended by up to 7 additional days due to high shipping volumes and weather conditions.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid delays.
